I Have Filed Fir Against My Husband And His फॅमिली

My Husband filed divorce case in सेक्शन 13, after that I have filed fir in 498a,323,504,506,313,377 , will My Husband and फॅमिली get arrest , I have never appeared in divorce case , my Husband not allowing me to entry in his house, my Husband gifted all his प्रॉपर्टी to his brother। what should I do

The section you have mentioned are cognizable offence,i.e., police can arrest without warrant. If the behaviour of your husband is intolerable then you should also file a DV case against him and demand monthly maintenance and lump sum alimony as may be applicable.
