I have a suspect sheet. I wanted to close it.

Sir, in past I had a theft case u/s 379ipc. Later I have got compromised with the complainant and my case was disposed before Lok Adalat in the last year. But, police have opened a suspect sheet on my name. Getting a govt job is my dream. I don't want my criminal record to break my dream. Sir, please help me how can I get my suspect sheet closed? Myself Praveen Kumar from visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.

hi first we need to see the proceedings or order in which the suspect sheet is opened against you and then after going through it then you could challenge such proceedings by filing legal action and writ petition against such action
