I had purchased a puppy from a shop and the seller misrepresented item

05-Feb-2025 (In Criminal Law)
I had purchased a puppy from a shop on 22nd Oct 2024 at that time they claimed that puppy is pure pomeranian breed and it's not crossed.Without bargaining I had given 4000 for that puppy and purchased. And today 5.02.2025 he is 150 days old and we noticed that he have no similarities with pomeranian and he have no fur on its body. And we consulted a doctor and she had also said that the puppy is a cross breed. In this case can I file a sue against that shop?

Madam/Sir, You can claim compensation from the seller for deficiency in service and fraud on selling. We have to file a complaint before the Consumer Dispute Redressal Commision with valid points. Regards
