I got married an year back. After my marriage i got to know that my wife is going through alot of trauma and she often starts crying due to that trauma. and the reason behind that trauma is a guy who met her 3 years back on a matrimonial app & he promised her that he will be marrying her but he started exploiting her physically, mentally and financially, she got to know that guy has promised same thing with some other girls also. when she finally asked him for marriage she got beaten up by that guy badly. like every other girl she kept quiet and tried moving on. now it's been 3 years but she is still suffering. i have seen her crying multiple times. Can i take a legal action against that guy after 3 years of incident?

If that guy has caused mental as well as physically assaulted your wife then your wife can always file a complaint in writing to the police officials stating each and every fact. If there was any physical relationship then it may also amount to rape. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

your wife can file a complaint with the police stating the things done by that person towards her on the false promise of marriage. Seems that this person is a fraud and must be investigated. incase police does not register fir your wife can approach the court and file a case against this person.

Yes u can report the matter at concerned police station and lodge FIR against him but before that u need to ask your wife what does she want ? If there is no contact than u must move on …n give her lov & affection …

If such things happend with she has to file an complaint that time and after that now she’s married too. On facts, now she cannot file a complaint as she’s married to you. But if you want to punish that guy you can take some steps. For detailed information you may contact
