i got involved ipc338 in police station

i got involved ipc 338 in March 19th 2024 and it still not got summons from court and police station and also they filled in compention case in mvop under 166 section it is in filling stage .
so my question is if got convicted in ipc 338 can i become ias officcer or not
hi first need to see the contents of the FIR and chargesheet and its allegations then you could file qussh petition to quash the case as it is based on false allegations and you need to appoint advocate for the motor accident csse and if you were convicted then you cannot become
