I filed 498a on my husband & inlaws. Court granted then anticipatory bail in November 2022. Court ordered them to appear in police stn untill the chargesheet is filed. In April 2023 I went on the 1st hearing date of my case. No one from my husband's sude show up not even his lawyer. I came to know that he had not taken the bail. Meaning, there was no bail fulfilment document attached to his file. n My question is if he hasn't fulfilled court order for Anticipatory bail what action can be taken against him. It's been 5 months since the court granted him bail. Can I ask court to arrest him? Also he didn't attend court hearing. What are my options in this scenario.

Court grants anticipatory bail only on certain conditions. If the conditions imposed by the court are not complied with by the Applicant, you have every right to file an application in court and get the anticipatory bail cancelled. Make sure to file the application for cancelling the anticipatory bail before he complies with the conditions, with the help of an advocate.

you appointed your advocate in this specific case. as you and your lawyer were present for the case hearing. your advocate should step further for the proceeding and submit NBW warrant application before the court and submit the court that the person how has been granted with anticipatory bail . oathed and prayed before the court through the bail application to present before the court for every hearing . and not be absconded. is not present before the court since the bail granted. and submit the court to cancel his Anticipatory bail. and issue NBW warrant against him.
