I established a physical relationship and love affair with a married women.but I concealed I'm also married.but now she found it 2 month ago and continue our relationship.but I want to leave this relationship because it was a wrong way.so we broke our relationship with her consent...but I'm worried if she file a false rape case in future.can it consider to rape??our physical relationship established with her consent and there is no promises of marriage.but I concealed my married status can It came under the rape case??

Concealment of fact to gain the trust of the other side for physical relation tantamount to rape. However in your case defence can be set up the on the ground that she is already married. For any further legal assistance please feel free to contact

yes the lady can file a rape case against you saying that you had promised to marry her and therefore dishonestly induced her to have relation with you.
but whether you will be convicted or not is a matter of trial and what evidence is produced in court for the charges made against you.
you can take the defence that the relationship was mutual and their was consent on her part.

Yes as you mentioned can be counted under rape and if the woman things she can file allegations against you of section 376 rape and an FII are under section 375 will be registered against you in the concerned police station

Don't worry. Simply keep some pieces of evidence with you, by which you can prove that you people were having relationship for quite sufficient time and during that course of time, you people had did it consensual and entering into sexual intercourse was not at related to you marital status.
