I established a love relationship with a married women.but she don't know I'm also married.we established physical relationship two times.But I never promised to marry her..I hid her at first that I was married too.But she was in a relationship with me even after she found out I was married..But thinking we're going the wrong way I want to leave of the relationship now..but I'm worried can she file a false rape case.my fact can consider to rape or misconception??

She can easily book you under section 376 and if your wife get to know about it then it’s also a ground for divorce under adultery. If you have left the relationship and she’s okay with it then you need not worry but if she’s not ready to leave you then you have to convince her. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

in law no one can stop any one from filing any case... however in case she files... u can defend it by replying to same.... in alternative u can also file case against her in case she is threatening you
