I do accident but i give all money hospital expenses

I do accident by mistake I drink little but i give all money to front party for there hospital expenses but he come yesterday they wrote me one sorry letter and take my sign and saying to me I do fir this is for taking back fir so i write sorry and accept my fault and i write also we both do settlement don't take any action they also sign me also so now any chance police will come or do anything?
