I DID'NT DONE ANY MISTAKE THERE . HE HITS ME. I WANT TO FILE A CASE

ACTUALLY I'M A STUDENT. I HAVE JOINED MY SISTER IN LAW IN A GIRLS HOSTEL . RECENTLY BEFORE 3 DAYS SHE GOT SEVERE ILL {FEVER + HEADACHE + VOMITING+ AND NOT ABLE TO WAKEUP ALSO} SO I WENT TO THE HOSTEL HAVING SEPARATE ROOMS , WHEN I WENT THERE THERE WAS LADY WHO TOOK CARE OF THE HOSTEL I HAVE ASKED HER PLEASE COME WITH ME TO THE ROOM I WILL TAKE HER OUT,AND I TOOK PERMISSION OF THEIR ROOMATES TOO SHE TOLD U GO I WONT COME ..I WENT THERE AND CAME OUT THEN ONE PERSON CAME AND HIT'S ME 3TIMES.

hi if he had hit you without any valid reason and not without you committing any mistake then you could file complaint in police station to book an FIR against him and if they are not acting then you could approach court
