I did not get my refund in bike rental service

It was said in a rental shop that 5000 will be security deposit and you wil get a refund within 48 hours after returning car , it exceeded two days but I didn't get my refund what can I do
You can send a legal notice through an Advocate and afterwards things will depend on its reply. If they are ready to pay then it is ok but if they do not give reply of the legal notice or abstains from paying then you can approach the consumer court or civil court.
