I am venkatesh I stay in Bangalore I married 13 months ago my wife stayed with me 1 month and without any reason and without informing us he left home and when to her mother house in andrapradesh I went to her house to bring her back when I was there she tried to attempt suicide 2 times we took her to hospital and left her home she tolded she will not come back to my home after this incident now she is telling she will stay with me.ow I want file a police compliant before bringing her back can I file a complaint in Bangalore where I stay .Or I have file a complaint in andrapradesh where she tried to attempt suicide.
Sir, you better lodge a complaint against her for suicide attempt. you have not mentioned about reason for suicide attempts. I think she is not willing to join matrimonial house again, if she wants then you have to take safety measures like as complaint, a agreement. Take you own decision for take back her to matrimonial house or not, if you take back her, you will be at risk, therefore, please try to find out the reason for suicide attempt, then decide.

first decide what is the nature of complaint you are filing against her to prevent from coming to your house and living with you , until and unless you get a divorce you cannot force her to stand away the position of your wife , if you are not wish to stay with her file divorce case on the acts of her and inform the nearest police station about her act endangering her life , it's not going to be registered as a case but they might refer for mediation and register as Non case report

You dont have to file a Complaint but you must file a suit for restitution of conjugal rights under section 9 of HMA Act. The court will issue direction to your wife to come and stay with you.
