I am made victim of judgment by the judge in my new cases.

In every criminal new case, the judgment copy of my old case in which i was convicted by the session court in which now appeals and revision are pending before the High Court is used or referred and the sympathy is taken away by the opposite party from the judge without going into merits and the opposite party is acquitted.

Hello Sir I have perused your query. In case the opposite party is acquitted then you have an option to prefer a criminal appeal against the acquittal in a competent court of law. An appeal against any order passed by the Court acquitting the accused or convicting for a lesser offence or imposing inadequate compensation, and such appeal shall lie to the Court to which an appeal ordinarily lies against the order of conviction of such court.
