I am looking for lawyer for defamation suit

My wife put divorce case and os case against me in blr court from last 1 yr. I want to put defamation case against my wife. Before leaving me she dumped me in rehab in 2022 and tortured me there. I complained in HRC and closed that rehab .now with those documents she put MC case and defaming me.

hi sir you can file a civil suit claiming monetary compensation for mental agony loss of employment and injury to your reputation you can file private complaints bns 356..need to provide all documents and evidence

Section 340 of the CrPC (Perjury): If your wife knowingly submitted false evidence or made false statements under oath in the family court (e.g., using closed rehab records to claim current mental illness), you can move an application for the court to initiate an inquiry into perjury. Counter-Claim for Cruelty: In divorce proceedings, proving that your spouse leveled false, scandalous, and baseless allegations (like false addiction or mental illness) can itself be considered a ground for mental cruelty against you
