I am a victim of communal violence, what can i do legally?

I am from Murshidabad and in recent communal violence, my home has been targeted, luckily mass were not able o invade my front door, but they have done huge damage to my property from outside. Me and my family members are still having the after effects of such horrific event. I am still Living under the fear of that day and going through a mental instability.
Please let me Know as a proud Indian Citizen, what can be my next step.
dear client as per your query since this was communal violence in which you suffered huge loss and damage and still you are under fear you can write a letter toy President saying the matter in detail and can also file PIL in court..
