How to withdrawal my passport from court

Hi sir,
The case 307 has been closed on me in 2019, and the petioner reaplied the case in high court.
At the time of bail I have submitted my passport.
Now can I take my passport back if the high court case is considered as a private case.
If possible what is the procedure.
best thing is to file a petition in high court for return of passport as there are no pending cases against you and all cases are closed and that u are entitled to ask for return of passport and that it would amount to violation of your rights
