16-May-2023 (In Criminal Law)
My wife has file sec 156CRPC in which she has stated that my father and mother with me went to her house in firozabad on a certain date and tried to kill her by pouring kerosine etc.. but the fact is that one that date my father and mother was in Gurgaon (for a whole month they were in gurgaon). Can we prove somehow their location with evidences?

Photo, video clip, place of visit , restaurants, atm , bank , any place where they are living On the day when she claimed
There are many things Which can be used to prove location , but all depend on the Case study ...
People also ask

Is video recording valid proof in court?

Will the video be accepted as solid proof in court? It is to be regarded as Solid Evidence, subject to the compliance with section 65-B of the India Evidence Act.

Yes you can.
You can ask your neighbors, friends to give statement in your parents support,
You can ask concerned IO to collect CD-R of your parents Mobile's.
You can provide any other supporting evidence to that effect.

If 156 crpc is allowed then you can challenge that FIR in High Court too.

You need not to worry if you are telling truth

any witnesses that can provide affidavit that your father and mother were in gurgaon, plus you can get the cell phone records of your parents from whichever service provider they were using to show that they were at the said location at that time, or any cctv footage of the society or anywhere if available.

Hello dear client,
If location details of their phone numbers, any bills of that date, any video evidence of that date and some eye witness like neighbors are available to support you.
Make copies of all the evidences and original affidavits of eye witness.
Send all these evidence to related SSP/SP through registered post along with the application to submit these evidence in investigation.
If chargsheet has already submitted to court, apply to re-investigation under sec 155(2) Cr.P.C. through your learned Council.
Once court accepts your appeal of
re-investigation then follow those step of evidences.
All the best.
