The husband must have an address of his father, so file an application for newspaper publication before the Court with the address of his father or any member of his family and on getting permission publish it.

Look, you know that without address any summon can not be send and without receiving or refusing the summon the Ld. Court did not pass any order against the O.P. Therefore, one Address of the O.P. must be needed.
However, if you have any hints of address like name of the Para, Post Office, P.S. and District of the O.P. then please talk with your Ld. Advocate for Order 5 Rule 20(1A). He may understand what to do. With thanks.
