Sir

Can you please share the FIR lodged against you, so it can be know as to what charges and allegations are leveled against you. If the facts so justify, then you can file a Quashing Petition before the High Court u/s 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code for quashing the FIR against you on the ground that you were only the Employee of the Company and working and carrying out the duty as per the instruction without any criminal intend.

As i said, the FIR need to be perused, so as to precisely advise, as to whether on FACTS quashing Petition in your will be maintainable or not.

Feel free to contact should you have any question

you should first seek anticipatory bail n let the investigation go on n you will not b arrested until charge sheet is filed in court n then seek regular bail at that time. you can defend your self if you r framed as accused in chargesheet. so immedietly uare advised to seek anticipatory bail in session court n you have thick chances of bail . feel free any more query on subject in hand

See first ur boss has not given in written that we r shifting to other office, u have an appointment letter for the office which u were sitting in first office, it can happen ur boss is involved in it and in private companies u can't fight for the salary or if u have a salary slip. I would suggest u to join other company and if u want to file the criminal case than u need salary slip , appointment letter , ur other documents.
