If the company doesn't pay thy employees for 6month n then employe go to thr office n create a seen n brings there laptop to home n tell the company to pay thy salary then he or she may return the laptop the company goes n files false FIR against the employe wat should thy do
First is whether the laptop was given for use to employee if ye then whether it was in his cutody ,and company allows him to carry it out side office if yes then no theft or fir or crime committed
Now second aspect is salary not paid for 6 months then approach the nearest police station and if you want u can approach industrial or labour court as the case may be (class of employee ).
