How to request evidence form the complainant party.

Hi I have been framed in false FIR by a defence person accusing that he was beaten up by goons sent by me in a city 1200 km away from my place, under IPC 34/323/506.To obtain evidence,I filed RTI with Indian Army for his location on that day and his medical records of injuries reported by him. But Indian Army denied that. Is there a way I can obtain these evidences via RTI to Army,Police or request court to issue order to demand these from these?
