how to remind judge to pass order pending from more than 5 months

I filed a petition u/s 156(3) , the judge heard the argument after that on each date he says will pass order on next date , more than 3 dates over and 5 months ..now next date is coming in Dec and judge has also changed. i am planning to file a written argument and in which i want to remind judge to pass the order as it is pending since long.
under which section shall i file application ?
giving written arguments is advisable
but forcefully asking for orders is not advisable
with the new presiding officer now coming
it is advised do not say anything about the previous PO about delay
just talk about the reason for delivery of early order, giving oral reason for the same
