How to recover money when the other person is threatening to suicide

I've given money to one of my family relative. when i ask to return my Money... he gave a note that he already paid all the dues and he is not willing to repay. He not only borrowed money from me & with many other people as well. He Threats that he will commit suicide if i ask him to return the money. Finally he commit suicide without giving any note and lucky enough to have life after treatment. After a month, he filled a complaint in police station that i'm troubling him by demanding money, which he already paid. In addition, he threats.. Because of my torture he already tried to commit suicide and now again i'm troubling him demanding money... which no way left to him again committing suicide with his entire family. **Pls. advice how to deal the situation and how to punish him legally for his threats and his suicide actions and how to get my money back?
