How to recover money from a person who too money by fraud

I Meet one person online and after we meet and he convince me that thru trading i can earn money ...after seeing his pan card and Facebook account i trust him and invest 90000 (in the month of Feb) in his account for trading after that he said that he himself open his own office than after he will give me trading training,i trust him as he continuously touch with me and update me each and every thing. In the month of Aug 2018 he told me that he will open the office in 13 Aug (via Whatup) ,but from 08 aug onward his phone is switch off and he is offline in whatup and facebook. I got suspisous i wait for his message and call but on 21 he call me and said me whether you lodged any complaint against me when i say no than he cut to phone and again his phone is switch off and so i lodged the police complaint again him (with details of check number and passbook) on 24th aug 2018.Please advice me further. when recently i check he still active in facebook. What shall I do?
I suggest make one complaint to the cyber cell (Information Technology department of police). They can trace out the person from his IP address. You also required and insist police officer to register FIR against that person. And make continuos follow up with police daprtment . They will trace out the accused.

Punishment for cheating by impersonating: There must be an essence of cheating alongwith personating. The cheating is essential ingredient for the offence. Where a person cheats another by deceiving himself to be someone else, he is guilty under section 416 IPC and punished under section 419 IPC. Punishment under this section is a jail term which may extend to three year jail term along with fine.
