How to Recall NWB in High Court

My Bail bond is cancelled and issue NBW. But before cancelling by bail i filed quash petition in high court 2 years back. But my advocate is saying Memo is filed but this memo is not coming for least or bench. Usually how much time will take to post or least the Memo from the date of filing? Will High court can recall the NBW?. Is it really will take time to get least the Memo
Highcourt can't recall NBW issued by others court only you have to challenge the order of issuing NBW or else you have to get stay order from the court, timings depends upon advocate , case, court procedures no body can give estimated time
