How to prove a stalking case ?

Sir A Railway employee in Ratlam stalked my Aunt so many times and harassed her on 10 Feb 2016.He was charged with section 354,354D,509,506.But he was not suspended till the court proceedings complete. From our side we use only truth and everything is good.But the accused denied everything and termed us as false.He did not accept that he was arrested and was in prison for 1 day.How will he go to prison if this something happens? And what should we do so that his all bail application in future will be canceled by court?.Thankyou

Court ne jb bail di hogi to usme kuchh condition likhi hogi. Ap uski copy nikal kr dekhe kis conditions ka violation ho rha he. Fir section 439(2) cr. P. C. Me application file kr uski bail reject krwa do. Bail reject hote hi wo jail chala jayega.
