How to proceed with civil suit for recovery accused in a tax payer

 In my Cheque bounce case, Accused is income taxpayer and he has an agency(eg: venkateswara agency ) he is pro prater on that agency and he has lot of money in other bank accounts. How to proceed civil suit for recovery of money, please give me an advise in this case. T

You can file a money recovery suit based on information you have (it can be income tax, ownership of venkateswara agency) etc.
File a money recovery suit and then the courts will ensure to get all of the bank accounts of the debtor. no worries.

if you know the account number of the bank accounts you can seek attachment under order xviii rule of cpc before judgment on the date of filing of suit and as in order to obtain attachment on movables as per the apex court decisions you need to show cause for attachment and mandatory notice must be serve upon him
