How to proceed forward after formation of chargesheet

After filling d chargesheet in court,whts next need to do by lawyer if police has removed non bailable sections nd also given bail from end.

After chargesheet has been filed in Court, Court will proceed with trial as per procedure in various stages, this is called process. This includes examination of witnesses , cross examination , etc. If non bailable charges have been removed, it is good and you can get bail more easily.

Court will summon you wherever needed. Till date you are not supposed to do anything. Still on the safer side you can track the proceedings of the Court because sometimes Summons do not served and Court issue Warrant for the apprearance of the Accused.
