How to proceed against civil and defamation case filed against me

a corporate giant has moved a civil and criminal defamation case in a local as i did unravel a possible conspiracy between the company management and maoists in torching their under construction cement factory. Similar allegations were made by others too but they were singled out. How to take this issue in the court one frind told me under CrPC 464 kindly help

For providing the assistance in the matter first of all the copy of the complaint & plaint will be required and also the copy of the complaint/ allegations made by you.

If it was a complaint to authorities a defamation complaint may not be maintainable.

that is not section 464 crpc .it is section 482 crpc whre high courts can exercise its extraordinary powers to quash frivolous defamation cases against media organisations..the most important judgement on the point is R. Rajagopal vs State Of T.N on 7 October, 1994 wherein supreme court has upheld quashment of defamation cases against the magazine NAKKERAN.another case on the point is khusboo case the tamil actress who was prosecuted for defamation but ultimately all the cases were quashed
