Q: Kidnapping case falsely imposed over my relative for helping him
One of my relative had a fight with a press reporter as he was a bit injured they took him to hospital. After reaching there, they returned his phone and he called police. He reported a case of kidnapping against my relative, which is nt viable as they just took him to the hospital only.

Q: What are the grounds on which Bail is granted ?
My father was acquitted in PCA act but convicted in ipc sec 420.He is physically handicapped and is 60 years of age.He took charge of office after 6 months of occurence of crime.He was not involved but got convicted. The decision came after 20 years of trial.We have filed the case in High court.Will he get bail and more importantly suspension on sentence given by lower court

Yes your father who has been convicted of ipc sec 420 can get a bail by the help of high court. My suggestion is that you should file an urgent hearing application in the high court and for further details you can contact me.

My suggestion is first lodge a complaint FIR against job consultancy Co. In your nearest police station. If the police station doesn't accepts your complaint, you can file an application section 156cr.pc in the district court.
Q: S.L.P rejected in SC once can I file it again
I want to know that i file a S.L.P in supreme court but its rejected and my case is dismissed in supreme court at 10-09-2013 the judgment is only the ordinary civil matters and the decision is case dismissed its been more than 3 years and the judges of the chamber who made the decision are now retired Can i file review petition now im hopless plz give me some advice ,that is the only one property of my family

if the SLP was dismissed in limine, you can file a fresh SLP.If it was dismissed on merits you can file review petition with an application for condoning the delay in filing the review petition.it will all depend on the merits of the case.

with the intentions of economic harms or with the intentions to create some kind of pressure on someone in order to make him/her to follow any kind of rule which he/she doesn't wants to follow, do the voice recording by any means in private property without the consent of the property owner is legal

Voice recording without consent is an interference with the privacy of the person therefore is totally illegal unless done with the authority of law under legal investigation by a competent officer. In fact it may be treated as tool for extortion (U/S 383 of the IPC) in case anyone complains that his voice has been recorded for unlawful gain by some one.
