How to obtain bail in 307 case as victim is out of danger now

My friend is arrested 307 ,22days before he is now cousdty what is producer of bail the injured victim is out of danger he get discharge 4 days before from hospital
307 is a serious offense and need to check under what circumstances and he has been arrested and what is written in the FIR based on that we can apply for the bail and we have to also check What is mentioned in the remand report but we can get bail in the case if there is no evidence

First of all have you applied for bail in the sessions court and if u applied whether it is rejected or not and if it rejected then you have to file a bail application in high court for bail and accordingly you get bail
