Dear Sir, Our firm will assist you in filing the appropriate Complaint before the appropriate Authority. However before any assistance could be provided I would be going to need the source and the authenticity of your information, then only we can proceed with the Complaint.

Sir, unless and until you have a concrete proof/ witness that your wife is not paying the rent or is not staying over there, the Hon'ble Court is not going to entertain your private complaint case and would not be inclined to initiate any preliminary enquiry to summon your wife. All you need is a strategy to get to know the truth and prosecute your wife for that. In order to know that you may consult me.

First of all you need to approach the police station according to your jurisdiction and register a complaint regarding the same. If the police official fails to entertain your complaint then you can always approach the court to file a petition under 156(3) CrPC.

no you should pray for the appointment of the local commissioner, local commissioner is an advocate appointed by the court who will visit the tenanted premises and will submit a report before the Court in which the DV case is pending for adjudication.
