Sir Please Not the False FIR is lodge again me in under section 468 471 is Non Bailable what is next legal option at police station or court level to proof this is False FIR lodge again me please suggest

Well, you can get this FIR quashed by filing a Petition in High Court for quashing of FIR under Sec 482 of the CRPC, 1973 along with a Petition to seek Anticipatory Bail to prevent your immediate arrest. You have to pay requisite Court fees to get your petition admitted on board.

we need to file petition before High Court along with all evidence after considering the evidence court may dismissed the FIR filed against you. But first you have to apply for anticipatory bail to avoid the arrest at the hands of police
