How to handle misuse of 376 and 417???

A 39 year old pharmacy scientist has put a 376 and 417 case on my brother. She is very renowned researcher in her field and met my brother online on Facebook. Met him 6 months later after online talk and she herself booked hotel room and called him. They had consensual relationship and later they started discussing marriage but marriage couldn’t happen due to her misbehavior. women being noun researcher or anything renowned is the imaterial the case has been resistered FIR has been put. provide me with the statements given by the women to the IO that is the investigating officer and the statement given by the women to the magistrate. and most importantly do give me the medicals if any other existing in this case. and if possible do give me the documents as to who book the hotel . after you give me all these requisite document I will definitely be able to reach a definite conclusion regarding this predict regarding this predicoment.
