How to get the copy of FIR filed u/s 156 (3) Cr.Pc.

Hello Sir ,my querry is that my mother had filed Section-156 (3) Cr.Pc before the court in 2015 and after direction of court the local police station had lodged the FIR but still my mother did not get any copy of the FIR from local police station , can my mother get this FIR copy from police station ? then how can my mother get this copy from police station ? could you tell me sir . Thank You .

dear client there is no legal scope to get that FIR copy from the Police Stn. You have to collect the said copy from the said court wherein the said Complaint has been filed. subsequently on receipt of court complain the Police Stn.has started a specific case against the accused person and upon proper investigation submitted Chargesheet or final report in con.with the said case before the court. Hopefully the said case has been pending before the said court and your mother under the capacity of defacto complainant has every right to get the said FIR copy in due process of law.and also to know the present status of that case.

Hopefully your mother had filed the complaint u/s 156(3) CrPC. in the Court of law through an Advocate. Then you can get the copy of that complaint from the same Advocate along with the complaint number.
