How to get stay order or anticipatory bail under sC St atrocity case

Our tenant has filed SC st atrocity case on our family ,our lawyer filed a petation us cr.c.p 482 in high court but the judge is post pounding the stay order, v r not staying at home, it's very difficult to face our self, please givee a good advice how to get stay order soon, please

technically what you need is a bail and you should file a bail under section 439 of cr.p.c
in normal circumstances high court will only quash a sc/St atrocities case if it is convinced that there is no prima facie case made out or if accused did not know the caste of victim(complainant)
