File a criminal miscellaneous writ under article 226 of constitution of India for quashing of first information report before honble high court. But probability of quashing of first information report is very low.

Still you need to file severalaffidavits of independent witnesses and they will state that you have done nothing and the incident was fake. Send those affidavits through ssp or senior Inspector of police station who will further pass those affidavits to Investigation Officer doing. Further if you were not present at the place of incident then you have to request the investigation officer to check your call details and get your correct location. If he denies to do Investigation then make a request to senior officials of police and further you can move an application to magistrate.

Although, you can also file S.482 petition before the Hon'ble High Court for quashing of criminal proceeding. Your query being incomplete, there could be another aspect of closing the case if the police investigation is still in process or chargesheet not being filed.
