How to get rid of from the case if someone filed an false FIR

We belongs to Hindu family. My brother lives in Bangluru bhabhi was also there with him from last 4 years. My parents live in Ghaziabad. Due to the serious affair of bhabhi, my brother filed a divorce case in April. Now, bhabhi is trying to misuse the laws favouring woman and filing a fraud FIR using some cooked up stories against my parents and brother in her mayaka town Kanpur. What should we do to get rid of all the fraud cases she can file in future or present FIR. Please help...

No law has been made to prosecute anyone. Even if you make two or four cases against him or you decide between you, you will be able to survive the case. The divorce case will continue to run. You have filed a divorce case and you have filed theभ proof of the allegations If you are successful then register the complaint of the SP and district magistrate with the copy of the divorce case case.

Plz tell me in detail where your brother file divorce petitions. Second thing is in which type theorie I mean plz tell me about that fraud fir. Is that 12 dv act or 125 cr.p.c. or 498aipc. When you send me all details. then I will help and suggest you better because I practice in kanpur district.

महोदय आप को भयभीत होने की जरूरत नहीं है यदि आप के खिलाफ मामला दर्ज किया जाता है तो आप जांच अधिकारी से संपर्क कर के अपने निर्दोष होने का प्रमाण प्रस्तुत कर सकते हैं और इस आशय का शपथ पत्र दे सकते हैं। यदि आप के खिलाफ चार्जशीट दाखिल की गई है तो आप न्यायालय में पेश होकर अपने बेगुनाही का सबूत दे सकते हैं।

i do not know under what sections of law F.i.R has been filed .whether it has been filed in I,P,C or domestic violence ACT.In any case FIR lodged against family members except husband may be quashed By High court under section 482 Cr.Pc
lodging of false cases are cruelty against husband as w ell as other family members. your brother will get divorce on this ground alone .you should file writ in High court for getting rid of false cases'Thanking you.
