How to get relief from false cases.

My uncle(my father's sister's husband) is lawyer his 3 sons also lawyers they are trying to get me and my family arrest they are making false cases in courts and we were summoned or warrant without listening anything on the accusations only me and my family need to go through legal procedure sometimes bail also. What should I do to stop them?

There are many options which you can use now you can go for 482 Application under criminal procedure act at high court there you can challenge your summoning order and even there you can challenge that if the case is false and if you have any ground that the case is false then the case will be quashed which means the final disposal of case.
And if you feel that you can be arrested then you can even take anticipatory bail so that there will be no chances of arrest.

firstly you should give a application to the superintendent of police that they are trying to implicate in false cases and give the same copy to chief minister and other police higher athourities at their portals
