How to get protection from social crime

At safderjung hospital new delhi during my rersidentship on 2011.During my work I found for few hour faculty and guard of ward 19 safderjung hospital disappear.In that place few bad looking people enter and did apply on me.As a result I got severe psycosis ,this was such severe that Uncontrol idea and severe body pain coming in my brain in last 5 years.I recover now..This apply is not medically define.Does law has any protection against it.I know this people who are doing it.
i would like to begin with one question have you or on your behalf any written or oral complaint has been given if yes than you might have some ref. of that complaint . well all this will be helpful to prove your case and you just have to satisfy court regarding delay and i suggest you have proper explanation of your treatment and mental trauma so don't waste your time and start taking action against them. My answer had been given in good faith only.
