How to get passport with pending criminal proceedings

My name is n I have been arrested n got bail also but now the trail is going on since last 2 yrs n now I want to make passport but I can't apply it because I can't get PCC (police clearance certificate ) so sir/madam in this situation what can I do
Hi,
You can file for NOC for New passport of the accused person in the concerned court , but you will have to see the condition imposed by the court while giving bail . If No condition is imposed the court will allow your application and you can submit it along with other documents.
