How to get our share in ancestral property

Vijay Our granfather's, father property .there r 3 sons for him and my grandfather is the last among them,each will get 875sq yards.the middle son took his portion. But by grand father and elder brother were together living, bcz he was uneducated all the portion of the land is Registered on elder one. My father did not get his portion till today,they r refusing to give,we do not have any documentation regarding the land ,but all the elders of grandfather's aged people are saying to give us back our property to us,but they are refusing to give,now how can we go forward and get our property back.suggest me

You should file a suit for partition in the courts where the property is situated and demand your share of property. You can get copies of documents from sub registrar office based on survey numbers and based on certified copies file a partition suit
