How to get court clearence to travell abroad in matrimonial case

I have two cases, 498a and 506 IPC.Just trial has started. I am working abroad since 10 years,6 months contract basis. I have attended court trial upto now.But I would like to go back to work abroad since I have a home loan EMI 50,000Rs.Is it possible to get dispensation/exemption for personal appearance for 8 months? Our company asking me to get clearance from court appearance for 8 months before joining work abroad.Also I am not willing to settle cases with my wife.

In your case trial started so you can file quashing petition( Chargesheet quash 498 a) in High court .that judgement based you can move to abroad. (Eg Ex finance ministers of India, son case).you can settle cases by Merit .
