How to get certified copy of FRI report filled u/s 364 ?

My wife raise 364 IPC fake case and police investigate matter and it's in favour of me.. and they summit fr report in court.. now what is the next procedure and how to get certified copy of fir and when I get the certified copy of 364 fr report soon

Your role in picture starts when you were chargesheeted under 173 of crpc but the case turned in final report. Therefore you are not accused & booked under false case. You can get certified copy from concerned Court office through your counsel. Else you may get the copy by paying few bucks to the PS concerned

The FIR and other papers may be available from the court. For this purpose you have to apply in the court where your case is pending for the hearing and you need to give an application asking for the case papers. The court will provide all the documents filed including FIR.
