Hi if the bail is granted by the court then you have to apply for certified copy of his bail order in the court itself. You may apply for cancellations of of bail in the same court thru an advocate or in person also you can apply. Kindly inquire with the concerned police station about the concerned Court in which the bail application has been filed.

Certified Copies are not provided by the Police. Certified copies can be procured from the court only.

The procedure for applying for the certifies copies is as follows:-

In case where the bail is given by the Sessions Court:-
a)Go to the records room in the Pune district court main building. Take the form to apply for the Certified Copies.
b)Put in the name of the case, for example, Complainant v/s Accused; the Cr. Bail Application No.; whether you want the certified copies urgently or in regular time.
c) Since you are a thrid party to the proceeding you will have to swear in the affidavit saying that you are the complainant and you will not misuse the certified copies.

In case where the bail is granted by the Magistrate
a) You will have to approach the respective magistrate court.

b) Approach the designated nazir of the court who accepts the Application for Certifies Copies.

Particulars to be mentioned in the Application in both the cases are same. Only difference is different people handle the Application.

In both the cases above you will have to pay the prescribed fees.

As regards cancellation of bail, you will have to approach the same court who granted the bail. You will have to make an application for cancellation on the ground that the accused has violated the conditions and threatening you.

Please communicate with a advocate and request him to retrieve the certified copy. If PP was involved as a part of prosecution then you can request PP to help you with your request. It needs to be made with the admin office in court premises.
