You will be required to take two big steps 1) appoint a lawyer who practices on the criminal side and 2) ask him to make an application for bail.

Once the application is filed it will come up for hearing before the court. There will be arguments and depending upon the merits of the case, the bail application shall be granted or rejected.

U can apply for bail u/s 437, in the court of magistrate. On hearing ingredients of matter court may allow or reject bail. If rejected u can apply in upper court i.e. session or HC . Every case has its own merits and decision so there is no strait formula for bail. So case law depends on ur facts if case. It will be better to appoint lawyer to get proper relief.
