Sir my friend is accused with ipc 399 but ibthink he is innocent can he get bail.
IPC 399 deals with preparation for dacoity. It is an non bailable offence but there is discretion upon judge to grant bail if you make it proper grounds. I need more details like contents of FIR and complaint to guide you properly. I suggest you go for anticipatory bail under 438 crpc.
