How to get bail in Delhi district court in such suspension period and accused have already in Jail custady since 3 months . Chargesheet is also filled I have evidence that accused is not included in that criminal activity just want bail . Accused is US 392,397,336,34 25, 27,54,59 arms act.

Bail can be filed before the District courts which we are doing regularly as per the prescribed rules under urgent cases hearing and the same are being heard and granted. So feel free to contact for getting the bail filed and for further action.

Application for Regular bail is required to be filed in the Sessions Court under section 439(1)(a) Cr.P.C. Immediately contact a Lawyer for filing application in the Sessions Court. If Sessions Court will reject then You have to apply the same in DELHI High Court. It depends upon your case merits.
