How to file online kidnapping case

I am a Hindu.I am from jajpur.My sister has been kidnapped by a boy whom I know.How I file a online kidnapping case
U can lodze FIR online but u have to go to police station to give your statement.Thare is no provision to file criminal case on line.your problem is kidnapped case. Go to police station or direct to the judicial magistrate Court

File a police cmplaint, if not received then file a complaint before SP, if your sister major then they will inquire if she went suo moto or its a real case of kidnapping , then they can proceed with case accordingly

Initially you are advise to lodge fir against the person who kidnapped your sister if police refused to receive fir then send it through registered post to the police station and a copy to s.p the file case in high Court. For better suggestion contact with me
