Mere papa ne 2 shadiya ki hai .papa military contoment board pune me job par the ..meri dusari maa ne jaali aadhar card or voting card banakar meri maa ka naam dharan kar ke saari pension le li hai. Naam ke aage bas apana photo lagakar bank me account khol rakha hai ..humne court se legal heir certificate liya hai. .meri dusri maa bus pension letey waqt apna jali documents use karti hai ..unpe hum 420 ka case kr sakate hai kya ..or pension humare naam kese kar sakate hai?
